Common faults and solutions for stage machinery
Fault 1: The lifting platform of the lifting stage is weak or does not lift.

Fault 2: The lifting stage descends naturally, the cause and troubleshooting method.
1. Cause: One-way valve leakage
Troubleshooting method: Check the one-way valve in the valve group. If the sealing surface of the one-way valve is found to be dirty. Clean the one-way valve.
2. Cause: The descending valve is not tightly closed
Troubleshooting method: Check whether the descending valve has electricity. If there is no electricity, eliminate the fault of the descending valve itself or replace the descending valve. The slide valve of the descending valve must be kept clean and move flexibly.
3. Cause: Internal leakage of the oil cylinder
Troubleshooting method: Replace the oil cylinder seal
Fault 3: The lifting stage does not descend.
1. Cause: Descending valve failure
Troubleshooting method: When pressing the descending button, check whether the descending valve has electricity. If there is no electricity, try to eliminate it; if there is electricity, eliminate the fault of the descending valve itself, or replace the descending valve. The descending slide valve should be kept clean and lubricated.
2. Cause: The descending speed control valve is out of adjustment
Troubleshooting method: Adjust the descending speed control valve. If the adjustment is ineffective, replace the new valve
Fault 4: Suddenly unable to lift
Solution: Check whether the hydraulic oil pipeline is normal, and whether there is dirt stuck in the operating rail, whether the hydraulic power unit is normal, and whether there is a leak in the internal sealed mailbox.
Fault 5: Suddenly the motor control operating platform is not controlled
Solution: Check whether the power connection is stable and whether the power circuit is disconnected. If the inspection is normal, it should be considered whether the built-in electrical components are damaged. It is recommended that an engineer or maintenance personnel familiar with electrical appliances repair or replace it. It is recommended to turn off the power for maintenance.
Fault 6: The lifting stage shakes violently during operation
Solution 1: Check whether the support leg is unstable and whether the arm is caused by lack of grease.
Solution 2: Check whether the hydraulic cylinder is normal, and whether the support frame is bent by external force. In addition, it is necessary to carefully check whether the oil pipeline is blocked by dirt, resulting in asynchronous conditions.
Fault 7: The two brakes of the boom cannot be opened normally.
Fault analysis: The brake is rusted, and it should be removed and rusted.
Fault 8: The boom encoder is loose, the data feedback is abnormal, and the equipment operating height is inaccurate.
Fault analysis: Replace the encoder mounting bracket.
The base of the equipment is obviously shaking, and a clear metal impact sound is emitted. Fault analysis: The original design of the shockproof components has obvious shaking due to the lack of slow start and deceleration braking functions of the equipment itself. Some base components should be replaced, the speed regulation function should be increased, and the equipment impact should be reduced.
Fault 9: The equipment shakes severely during boom operation and emits a large metal impact sound.

From slight shaking at the beginning to severe shaking now, some base components should be replaced, the speed regulation function should be increased, and the equipment impact should be reduced.

Fault 10: The wire rope shakes when the boom is running.
Fault analysis: The 7 wire ropes are of different tightness, adjust the tightness of each wire rope.
Fault 11: The boom reducer leaks oil.
Fault analysis: Check the oil leaking part of the reducer and replace the oil seal.
Fault 12: The boom console freezes, automatically restarts, black screens, and data is lost during use.
Fault analysis: The service life of industrial computers is generally 6-8 years, and it may have reached its service life.
Fault 13: The console operation panel will be slow to respond.
Fault analysis: The components of the console are obviously aging, and the control room is far away from the equipment, so the signal is interfered and exhausted.
Fault 14: The wire rope is not arranged normally.
