Common fault 1: Computer moving head light/beam light bulb does not light up
1. Open the tail of the lamp body to check whether the bulb is white or black. If the above two phenomena occur, please try to replace the bulb and try again.
2. Open the two shells of the lamp body, install the trigger on the lamp post, and check whether the trigger connection is black. If so, replace the trigger.
a) The trigger is damaged
b) The power cord of the bulb circuit is broken
c) The relay does not attract or the contact is not good
d) The ballast coil is short-circuited, etc.

Common fault 2: Computer moving head light/beam light bulb does not light up when turned on

1. First, judge the quality of the bulb, check whether the bulb core contact of the bulb is burned out, and whether the bulb core itself is broken.

2. When the lamp is in the state of lighting the bulb, measure whether the mainboard lighting voltage output is normal. Normally, it is 10 to 12 volts. 3. If the above two points are correct, measure whether the PFC output (the input end of the lighting device) has an AC voltage output of about 380V. If there is an output, it means that the PFC is good, so you can directly determine whether there is a problem with the lighting device.

Common fault 3: The computer moving head light/beam light bulb is sometimes on and sometimes not
1. Check whether the bulb is white, black or swollen. If any of the above situations occur, please replace the bulb to avoid damage to the stage lighting equipment.
2. Check whether the fans on both sides of the bulb are operating normally. If there is a broken one, please replace the fan immediately;
3. Please open the two shells. There is a white temperature control in the layer of the pattern piece and the color piece. Check if it is burned out (if it is broken, the bubble will not be extinguished);
4. Open the two shells of the lamp body. The heat dissipation window on the tail of the bulb will block the air outlet for a long time. If the heat dissipation window is already covered with dust, please clean it immediately (the best time to clean this heat dissipation window is once a month for the best effect).

Common fault 4: Computer moving head light/beam light bulb exploded
1. First check whether the voltage is between 220V-230V. If it exceeds 230V, there is a possibility of explosion (so stage lighting equipment manufacturers usually recommend that each venue should install a voltage stabilizer);
2. If explosion occurs, please check whether the bulb is caused by too long working life (generally the normal life of domestic bulbs is within 300-500 hours);
3. Is there any quality problem with the bulb?
4. The circuit contact is not good and there is a momentary power failure
5. The electrode terminal of the bulb is not tight
6. The ballast coil is short-circuited, etc.
7. If none of the above 6 methods work, it is possible that the ballast is faulty and the rectifier needs to be replaced.

Common fault 5: Computer moving head light/beam light has a step-out phenomenon?
1. If the computer moving head light has a step-out phenomenon, please reprogram the program and try again;
2. If it still doesn’t work, it is possible that a motor with a certain function or an IC on the motherboard has burned out.

Common fault 6: Computer moving head light/beam light is not controlled?
1. Check whether the address code is correct? If the address code is correct but not controlled, check whether the three cores of the signal line are connected incorrectly? And check whether there is any problem in the connection between the card dragon seat and the card dragon head, such as: (poor contact);
2. If the address code is correct and the signal line is connected properly, the DMX light at the address code will flash normally. If it does not flash, there is a connection fault;

Common fault 7: Is the belt of the computer moving head light/beam light broken?
1. If the X or Y axis of the light body does not respond, but the console and other lights are operating normally, it is possible that the belt is broken;

Common fault 8: The computer moving head light/beam light bulb goes out after a while

2. Whether the switching power supply has 12V output, and whether there is 12V voltage at the lighting point when the motherboard temperature control is short-circuited;

3. Whether the temperature control switch is open;

Common fault 2 0: Computer moving head light/beam light channel component stuck: stuck is generally due to mechanical reasons (except CMY color film, when a CMY color film breaks and falls off, it affects the normal operation of other color films, then the color film will be stuck)
1. Is there any deformation of the component causing friction;
2. Are all components installed in place;
3. Are all components out of place, causing stuck;
4. Stepper motor failure, causing motor shaft jam;

Common faults 21. Computer moving head light/beam light display panel has no display:
1. Display panel is damaged;
2. Is the seven-bit cable connected to the display panel loose or damaged;

Common faults 22. The X and Y axes of the computer moving head light/beam light are out of step and cannot be positioned:
1. There is too much dust on the optical lotus, which makes the infrared light unable to be controlled in place;
2. Whether the fixing screws of the transmission belt are tightened;
3. The optical lotus plate is broken, and the distance between the optical lotus plate and the optical lotus plate is improperly adjusted (when troubleshooting, the lotus should be in the middle of the optical lotus plate, and there should be no scratches, bumps, or rubs)
4. Whether the stepper motor mounting screws are too loose or too tight;

Common faults 23. The pattern plate, color plate, prism, and focus of the computer moving head light/beam light are stuck, jittered, and out of step.

1. The stuck is generally due to mechanical reasons. At this time, the color film will be stuck: such as the pattern plate, color plate deformation, loose and falling screws of the fixing parts, and the pop-up of the compression spring of the fixed pattern, which will cause the stuck situation. 2. Jitter and loss of step: loose screws or falling off, the chip of its channel on the motherboard is burned out, the motor wire has poor contact, broken skin and short circuit to the ground, and the motor itself has problems.

Common fault 24. The computer moving head light/beam light makes a clicking sound when the XY axis is shaken, but other functions are normal, as if something is stuck. How to deal with it?
Answer: Disassemble the shell by yourself to see if the light has been deformed. If it is deformed, we will try to straighten the light. If it is not deformed, check the circuit and motor from the motherboard to the xy axis motor. For a normal motor, it is more difficult for us to manually twist it after the light is powered on. For a broken motor, it is easy for us to manually twist it. If there is no problem with the motor and the circuit, check whether the reading disk and the optical coupler are broken. If the problem is not solved after the reading disk and the optical coupler are replaced, replace the motherboard.

Common fault 25, the other functions of the computer moving head light/beam light are normal, but the color or pattern is inconsistent, how to deal with it?
Answer: Open the light shell, check the circuit and motor between the main board of the light and the color plate or pattern plate. If there is no problem with the circuit and motor, try to replace a main board. If it doesn't work after replacing the main board, you can only replace the Hall and magnet.

Common fault 26, the computer moving head light/beam light is normal in other aspects but cannot turn off the light, and there is light leakage, how to deal with it?
Answer: First disassemble the shell, debug the strobe or the light shielding plate and cannot turn off. If it is the light ring, check the line from the motherboard to the light ring and the light ring motor. If there is no problem, replace the motherboard.

Common fault 27, the computer moving head light/beam light is normal in other aspects, but the prism may be atomized but cannot be shot or can only be shot halfway, how to deal with it?

Common fault 31: Computer moving head light/beam light is not controlled?

Common fault 32: The fog machine does not spray after starting. What is the reason?
First open the main machine case and then turn it on to measure whether the AC 220V power supply on the heater terminal is normal. If there is no such voltage, it is mostly caused by the damage of the thermal fuse FU (215℃). Under normal circumstances, the heater itself is not damaged. It is more common for the thermal fuse to be damaged due to overheating, and the fault can be eliminated after replacement. In addition, if the fog machine still cannot spray smoke when the heater part is completely normal, it means that there may be a fault in the controller circuit part of the host. First, measure whether there is 12V and 5V DC voltage at the input "in and out" pins of the three-terminal voltage regulator IC3 in the controller. If there is 12V voltage but no 5V voltage, it mostly means that IC3 is damaged. If there is no 12V5V voltage, check whether the step-down capacitor C6, rectifier filter D2-D5, C1-C3, R7 and pre-stage voltage regulator DW are damaged. If there is no abnormality in the working power supply of the controller, the wireless transmitter remote control should be used for inspection. Press the "start" button on the remote control. At this time, use the DC voltage block of the multimeter to measure the IC1 (17) pin. There should be a "high level" (about 2:5V) output; at the same time, the C pole voltage of the driver tube Q1 should drop to about 1V. If the above is normal, the fault is basically in one of IC2 and T1, and the most likely one is that T1 is damaged.

Common fault 33: How to deal with the small amount of fog machine spray?

The fog machine can spray but the amount of fog is small, which means that the heater and controller are basically normal. The reasons may be short preheating time, nozzle blockage, lack of smoke oil and other factors. In addition, whether the oil pump is abnormal is the focus of the inspection. Because the oil pump is very small, if it works continuously for too long, it is very easy to cause the motor in the pump to overheat and damage the winding, and it is accompanied by a lot of noise. Generally, the DC resistance value of the oil pump motor that is completely normal should be around 1.85kn. If the difference is large, it should be replaced.

Common fault 34: Precautions for using stage laser lights

① The operation must be carried out strictly in accordance with the procedures described in the operation manual. Do not disassemble the bulb without authorization.

② This product is only for indoor use. Make sure it is waterproof, moisture-proof and shockproof. Do not use it in a dusty environment.

③ According to the characteristics of semiconductor laser lights, the working environment temperature needs to be 15-30℃. After a long period of use, it needs to be turned off for about 10 minutes and wait for the laser to completely cool down before performing other operations.

④ Prevent foreign matter from entering the equipment to avoid malfunctions.
⑤ Do not switch frequently to avoid affecting the service life of the laser light, and try to avoid turning it for a long time.
⑥ Avoid using magnifying equipment to observe the laser light source, which may increase the risk.
⑦ Before transportation, please take anti-shock measures, and it is best to use the original packaging.
Scope and effect of laser light:
Applicable environment: stage performances, DJs, dance halls, KTV rooms, bars, parties, wedding banquets, home decoration, leisure clubs, nightclubs, shopping malls, store decoration, playgrounds, holiday activities and other special occasions.
Actual effect: The light projection area varies with the distance. The greater the distance, the larger the area. The obvious effect can be seen in a black environment within 100 meters.

Common fault 35: How to maintain and maintain outdoor laser lights?
First, waterproof, short-circuit and mosquito-proof maintenance
Due to the special installation scene of outdoor laser lights, long-term exposure to complex open-air outdoor scenes can easily cause certain damage to the overall structure of the laser light. Although the manufacturers of outdoor laser lights have upgraded the structure and safety protection of the lamps during the design stage, users still need to pay attention to the waterproof, short-circuit and mosquito-proof maintenance of the lamps when maintaining the laser lights, so as to avoid these external factors affecting the effect of the beam emitted by the laser lights.
Second, maintenance of the heat dissipation system
For outdoor laser lights, the heat dissipation system is also an important component to support the normal operation of the lamps. If this continues for a long time, it may cause some dust that is difficult to clean to adhere to the heat dissipation system. So when maintaining outdoor laser lights, you need to focus on the heat dissipation system to avoid damaging the safe and stable operation of the lamps due to insufficient circulation of the heat dissipation system.


Common fault 36: What should be paid attention to when cleaning the laser light?
1. To ensure safe operation, first, please cut off the power supply of the laser light.
2. Start cleaning the laser light from the external air inlet and clean up the dust, smoke oil, organic mixtures, etc. accumulated in the air inlet.
You may need professional technical training or guidance from the laser light manufacturer to do the following:
1. Start the inspection from the direction of the heat dissipation airflow of the laser light, mainly the heat dissipation net and fan of the switching power supply; the wiring terminals of the switching power supply; the circuit board interface and the circuit board surface.
If dust, water vapor or smoke oil residue is found, it also needs to be cleaned up.
2. Check the heat dissipation of the laser. If the thermal grease has hardened, dried or evaporated, it will affect the performance and life of the laser. If you find abnormal conditions, please contact your laser light service provider or stage doctor immediately.
3. Check the plug of the laser light signal line. You need to disassemble the shell of the interface and check whether the connection between the core and the wire inside is firm. You also need to check whether there are abnormal conditions such as water marks and oil marks.

Common fault 37: The stage laser light does not light up but the motor can still work. How to deal with it?
The internal motor of the laser light is divided into two parts, one for animation and the other for beam effects. Some lights only have animation motors.
Check the optical path first. To check whether it is an optical path problem or a sub-circuit fault.
Common fault 38: What are the common main faults of laser lights?

Common fault 49: Tiger lighting console freezes, how to recover?

Common fault 50: What are the operating skills for lighting control?
1. When the bulb is in a cold state (before the opening), push the fader of the control console only a little (commonly known as the calendering state) to make the bulb slightly bright, let it be in a preheating state, so that it is heated evenly, and at the same time evaporate the water molecules condensed on the glass shell of the bulb. After preheating for a few minutes, push it a little brighter, and after preheating for a few minutes, the light can be fully brightened.
2. Do not turn on the silicon box power supply when the fader of the dimming console is fully pushed. The result is the same as the above result, both will damage the bulb. All the faders of the dimming console should be turned off before turning on the power of the silicon box.
3. Do not reverse the order of the lighting control console and the silicon box power when switching on the equipment. When turning on the power, turn on the power of the lighting control console first, and then turn on the power of the silicon box; when turning off the power, turn off the power of the silicon box first, and then turn off the power of the lighting control console. If you reverse the order of operation, it will cause all the lights to flicker, which will affect the service life of the bulb.
4. Do not shake the lamp with a big movement when the bulb is pushed on. The tungsten filament of the bulb will break or fall off. After the bulb is lit, the temperature gradually rises, and the tungsten filament will soften accordingly. At the same time, under the influence of gravity, the tungsten filament will sag accordingly (if the bulb does not use a screw-shaped tungsten filament, this phenomenon is particularly obvious). At this time, when shaking the lamp with a big movement, you must wait until the light is completely cooled before disassembling it.
5. When replacing a light bulb, do not touch it directly with your hands, as this will affect the finish of the light bulb. Another hidden hazard is that it may cause the light bulb to explode.
(1) The grease on your fingers or the friction between your fingers and the glass surface of the light bulb will leave "scars", which will affect the finish and transparency of the light bulb and thus affect the normal illumination of the light bulb.
(2) If there is sweat on your fingers, after the "intimate" contact between your fingers and the light bulb, the salt molecules in the sweat will absorb the water molecules in the air. Once there is water on the light bulb, when the light bulb heats up rapidly, it is easy to explode.
